Insight
Named after the Hindi word for “progress,” Pragati was more than a conference—it was a creative and strategic response to a pivotal moment in India’s global emergence. Designed with the vibrant colors, textures, and dynamism of India in mind, the experience was crafted to mirror the energy of the market it served. From typography to tone, our goal was to create something that didn’t feel imported, but deeply embedded—an invitation to challenge, connect, and co-create the future of business.
Impact
With over 200 global executives, policymakers, and Kellogg faculty in attendance, Pragati became a flagship platform for cross-sector dialogue and visibility in a critical region. Every touchpoint—from stage design to speaker flow to visual storytelling—was infused with intent. As creative lead, I helped shape the brand voice, production narrative, and audience experience. The result: standing-room-only engagement, a deeper sense of regional relevance for Kellogg, and a framework for future global convenings that don’t just represent where the world is—but where it’s going.
