The people inside the brand already loved it. The challenge was giving them the words, visuals, and confidence to share that love with the world. Culture was strong—but story needed structure.


Impact
We created Eventbrite’s first-ever Brand Book—a digital, design-forward guide that’s equal parts inspiration and instruction. It defined the brand’s core value prop for the first time, broke down the elevator pitch, and mapped meaning with diagrams, definitions, and voice principles. Less like a manual, more like a manifesto—with just enough structure to make it scalable, and just enough soul to make it stick.
