It builds the kind of leaders who walk into a room and quietly tilt the axis—and Kellogg women are now leading in an era where women hold more wealth, power, and influence than ever before. After years apart since the first Global Women’s Summit, we reunited 600 alumnae with a promise: this wasn’t just a comeback. It was a recalibration.
The Impact
We didn’t design a summit. We staged a takeover. From flipping the men’s bathrooms to hiring an all-female crew, the experience reimagined what leadership feels like in every detail. Poker became a metaphor for power. Own What’s Nextbecame a narrative engine—unfolding across digital billboards, storefronts, social content, and a stage featuring Dean Francesca Cornelli (Dean, Kellogg School of Management), Gwynne Shotwell (President and COO, SpaceX), and Oprah Winfrey (Global Media Leader and Philanthropist).
